Transportation
Our rate includes transportation from Cancun International Airport to Taninah on the day of arrival and from Taninah back to Cancun International Airport on the day of departure.
Transportation service can service parties of 10 that arrive on the same flight or wait for a subsequent flight if party members are arriving on different flights.
Groups consisting of more than 10 guests or parties that arrive on more than two flights scheduled for different arrival times throughout the day, may require additional transportation service at an additional cost (please see below.)
Transportation is provided by STP Caribe, one of the Riviera Maya’s most reputable ground transportation companies. STP Caribe will meet you upon your arrival, help you with your luggage, and get you on your way to enjoying your vacation. The trip to Taninah will take approximately an hour and fifteen minutes, depending upon traffic and weather conditions.
STP Caribe will provide safe, comfortable transportation in late model air-conditioned vehicles driven by friendly, licensed, professional drivers. STP’s transportation service includes insurance for all passengers.
Gratuities are not included.
No refund or credit will be given or applied to parties who forego any part of included transportation service.
Additional Transportation Needs
We do our best to match transportation needs with appropriate vehicles; however, on occasion, only a larger vehicle than required may be available. These rare occasions may result in higher additional transportation costs.
We will be happy to arrange for additional vehicles should your party require them. Cost of additional transportation depends on type of vehicle, not number of passengers. All vehicles can transport the number of passengers indicated, as well as a reasonable amount of luggage for that number of passengers.
