Ground Transportation is Included
Seven-night reservation rates include roundtrip transportation service between Cancun International Airport and Taninah as long as all party members arrive and depart on same flight.
Groups arriving and/or departing on two or more flights scheduled for different arrival/departure days/times, may require additional transportation service at an additional cost.
Transportation is provided by STP Caribe, one of the Riviera Maya's most reputable ground transportation companies.
STP Caribe will meet you upon arrival and provide safe, comfortable transportation in late model, air-conditioned vehicles driven by friendly, licensed, professional drivers.
The trip to Taninah will take approximately an hour and fifteen minutes depending on traffic.
STP's transportation service includes insurance for all passengers.
Please note that neither refunds nor credit will be given or applied to parties who forego any portion of included transportation service.

Reservations consisting of less than seven-nights do not include roundtrip ground transportation.
For shorter reservations, we do our best to match transportation needs with appropriate vehicles. Transportation costs depend on type of vehicle, not number of passengers; however, on occasion, only a larger vehicle than required may be available resulting in slightly higher transportation costs.
All vehicles can transport the number of passengers indicated, as well as a reasonable amount of luggage for that number of passengers.

Local transportation service from Taninah including one way trips to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Xplor, Xcaret and Xel Ha is offered at a minimum charge of $50.00 USD or $10.00 USD per person which ever is the greater.
Roundtrip beach runs to Xpu Ha are charged based on flexibility of service requested and availability of vans (which are generally able to accommodate 12 to 14 passengers). In most cases, this service costs between $50.00 USD and $70.00 USD.
Vehicle and driver rental is available at $40.00 USD per hour. Recommended capacity is 12 people per van minimum 2 hours.
